You can become a master teacher no matter where you are in your practice! In this workshop, we are going to look at seven instructional principles of the 21st century that will help you and your students achieve success. Using Robyn R. Jackson's book "Never Work Harder than Your Students", we will discuss each of these principles. We will begin our work by completing a self-assessment and culminate the workshop with a completed action plan for the next school year. This online course will encourage all teachers across the district to discuss these principles, addressing how each affects their classroom practice. In the end, you will see that it is important that you "never work harder than your students", and discover the strategies needed to achieve this goal.
